Preparation

Soak 200 g of freekeh for 15 minutes. Freekeh is roasted on a low heat for 5 minutes with animal fat or vegetable ghee as desired. Freekeh is cooked with boiled water for chicken or meat and left to boil over a low heat until the freekeh grains mature.
