Wash the Freekeh thoroughly in hot water. Mix it with the minced meat, sliced tomatoes, parsley, garlic, spring onions, cumin, black pepper, chilli powder and sunflower oil. Now add the chickpeas. Knead everything well. Leave the dried vegetables to stand in hot water until they are soft. Then fill them with the prepared mixture and put the stuffed vegetables in a pot. Make a broth with water, tomato paste, salt, garlic, lemon juice and cumin powder. Pour it over the vegetables and let it simmer for 90 minutes.
